The three brands (Proudly SA, Brand SA and SA Tourism) partnered to treat media into the Zulu Kingdom tourist Destinations on the 5th and 6th of September 2018.
First stop after landing at the King Shaka International Airport, media were shuttled to visit the Dube TradePort agrizone in time to watch pickers pluck cucumbers destined for some of high end food stores in South Africa before heading to the Luthuli Museum to learn more about the great leader of ANC Albert Luthuli.
Later in the day, the cocktail and dinner for media were hosted at the beautiful and award winning Beverly Hills hotel across the ocean in Umhlanga. The organisers had an opportunity to address the guest.
“While domestic figures are down countrywide for tourism, the Zulu Kingdom are pulling out the stops to bring more tourists and visitors to the Province. Make everyone come to the Province which offers culture, leisure, Big 5 and more.” said Keith Matthews
“We feel honoured to be part of the hosted media tour by SA Tourism, TKZN, Proudly SA and Brand SA. The tour will teach other entities involved how to tell their stories to other provinces as well. “Said GM, SA Tourism Althaf kazi
